Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. It then takes between 7 and 15 business days for your item to arrive at your home.

For deliveries in North America, customers can expect their orders within 7-10 business days on average after we have shipped it out.

For Europe, Asia, and Australia/NZ orders, usual delivery times are 10-15 business days. Customers in South America and Africa should expect 12-18 business days on average.

These delivery estimates are based on our experience with fulfillment partners across regions. Transit times can vary due to customs, remote locations, inaccurate addresses provided, and other factors out of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days, please contact us.

Additionally, there are extenuating circumstances where your order might take a bit longer than the expected delivery date, due to delays or other factors that are out of control. Please understand that the expected delivery date is based on data across all our orders and should be used as an estimate, and not a guarantee.

I ordered several items but only received one, where is the rest of my order?

In order to guarantee our customers free shipping on all orders and low prices, we may ship your order in several packages. Don't worry, you'll receive the rest shortly.

Damaged products

Dream Horse will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Dream Horse accepts no direct responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier.

However, we understand the frustration of missing orders, so we will do our best to assist customers even in cases where the courier has marked the order as delivered.

Specifically, if your order does not arrive within 25 business days past the maximum delivery estimate for your location, please contact our Customer Service team.

  • For orders under $50, we will issue a one-time coupon of equal value to replace your order.
  • For orders above $50, at our discretion we may require you to sign an affidavit confirming the order's non-receipt before issuing replacement value in store credit or a refund.

By finding a middle-ground solution, we aim to keep our shipping costs low while still providing great service if things go missing. We appreciate your patience and understanding with regard to factors outside Dream Horse's control.
