When will I receive my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 7-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How much does delivery cost?

We ship our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge.

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel?
With our secure delivery, Dream-Horse® will take care of the litigation for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not put the blame on the carrier and let you "manage". We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already in progress, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

I wish to return my item

🔁 Returns: if it doesn't fit, you have 30 days to return your item.

Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any kind of manufacturing defect, please send us a picture of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to contact@dream-horse.co with your order number.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.

Dream-Horse® ships its products all over the world in all legality. However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of his country, we decline any responsibility.
