Shipping & Ordering

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. It then takes between 10 to 15 business days for your item to arrive at your home. During busy periods, it may take up to 6 days before shipping. Our parcels are shipped with La Poste, we do not work with relay points.

We ship our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on available inventory and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel?
With our secure delivery, Dream Horse® will take care of the litigation for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not put the blame on the carrier and let you "manage". We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Cancellation & Return

Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".

It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already in progress, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

We are only able to accept a return in case of a proven product defect.

Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any kind of manufacturing defect, please send us a picture of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to contact@dream-horse.co with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

All our textiles are accompanied by a size guide to avoid this kind of inconvenience to our customers. Our team has taken care to measure each article and to add the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large. Nevertheless, we know that the purchase of such an item can cause great frustration.

Dream Horse® ships its products all over the world in all legality. However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of his country, we decline any responsibility.
